Replacing athletes

All players who are substituted during the game must leave through the nearest line.

Previously, athletes had to walk to the center of the field and leave along the sideline to make the substitution.

Therefore, the change to this rule was implemented in order to optimize match times.

goal kick

With the new rules, players can touch the ball and continue the match, even if they are inside the area after the goal kick has been taken.

Therefore, there is no longer a need to wait for the ball to go beyond the marked area.

Technical committee also receives cards

Currently, it is not just athletes who receive warning cards. Therefore, members of the technical team can also be warned with cards.

Before this rule, the warning was only verbal, in addition to the possibility of expulsion.

Choice of field or ball in coin toss

In the coin toss rule, previously the player who won the coin toss could only choose the side of the field on which the team wanted to start the match.

With the changes, the athlete can choose between the ball or the field.

Penalty taker

In the event that a penalty taker requires medical attention, his return to the field to take the penalty is permitted by the referee. Previously, the athlete had to wait for the match to restart.

You can't take off your shirt during the celebration!

The player who wants to celebrate a goal with exaggerations is penalized. An example of this are athletes who take off their team's shirt while celebrating and receive a yellow card (warning) for doing so.

Penalty taking

When taking penalties, the goalkeeper can only keep one foot on the baseline, using the other to push himself up in defense.

Before the rule change, the archer was required to keep both feet on the baseline until the kicker kicked the ball.
